Eligibility Criteria
Nigerian Citizen
You must be a Nigerian citizen with a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
18 Years or Older
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
Clean Criminal Record
You must have no history of criminal convictions or ongoing criminal proceedings.
Active AVC Referee
Your application must be vouched for by an existing, active AVC member.

Background Check
AVC conducts a thorough background check. Verifying identity, criminal record, and community standing.
NIN Verification
National Identification Number checked against NIMC records securely with AES-256 encryption.
Video Real-Check
Submit a short video showing your face clearly to confirm you are a real person.
Referee Confirmation
Your designated active AVC referee will be contacted to provide their endorsement.
